We are a small motorsport business with a 1.5-million-pound turnover. You need to be able to work on half a million-pound race cars such as Ferraris. For example, you will need to take a car that is built and understand why the indicator is not working. We build some of the best engines for road and competition with exacting standards and a laser focus on quality. Our projects are driven by our desire to create something different and unique.

Due to expanding demand, we are looking for a full-time Electrician to join our existing team, to help support the build processes of our world-famous 205’s and the growing special projects we are now undertaking. The successful applicant will benefit from working to a very high standard, great working conditions, a very competitive salary, and joining a team of highly dedicated and motivated professionals.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering complex builds
  • Solving challenging electrical problems
  • Delivering elite craftsmanship on iconic cars
  • Repair and test of looms for project cars
  • Manufacture of new looms when required
  • Installation of audio and immobiliser systems and diagnostic work
  • Working on iconic cars such as the Peugeot 205 GTi, Ford RS200, and many more
  • Contributing to our reputation of sympathetic, high-quality, diverse, and dynamic automotive and motorsport projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in motorsport, automotive, or marine industries
  • A solid understanding of electrical engineering's first principles and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in Excel
  • A dynamic individual who is excited to work on a range of road and competition cars to the highest standards
  • Experience in being hands-on with engine builds in a full-time workplace working to the highest standards with acute attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, proactive, forward-thinking, flexible, and efficient in their work ethic - with a positive attitude
  • Holder of a full UK driving licence (trailer licence is a bonus)
