We're investing heavily in our marketing team and paid media is a big part of that. We don't need someone to simply maintain campaigns. We're looking for somebody who's curious, commercially minded and enjoys figuring out what's working, what isn't, and where the next opportunity is. You'll have ownership, influence and the chance to make a genuine impact within a fast-growing business.

What you'll be doing

    • Translate business goals into channel plans that drive growth.
    • Identify opportunities to scale performance across markets and campaigns.
    • Build and maintain a clear optimisation and testing roadmap.
  • Campaign Management
    • Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Analysis & Performance
    • Go beyond headline metrics to understand what's driving performance.
    • Turn data into clear recommendations and actions.
    • Lead testing across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, landing pages and campaign structure.
    • Regularly share insights with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Supporting the Team
    • Support and develop junior members of the paid media team.
    • Share knowledge and best practice.
    • Act as a key point of contact for paid media within the business.

What we're looking for

  • Essential
    • 4+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns, either in-house or agency side.
    • Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.
    • Experience building and optimising campaigns that deliver against commercial goals.
    • Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in performance marketing.
    • Experience mentoring or supporting other team members.
    • Confidence communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Nice to have
    • Experience with Microsoft Advertising.
    • Experience managing campaigns across international markets.
    • E-commerce experience.
    • Experience with Shopping campaigns and product feeds.

  • Annual salary review and pay increase (discretionary)
  • Pension scheme
  • 4x Death in Service cover
  • On-site gym
  • Beautiful Wiltshire head office and working environment
  • Generous employee discount
  • Regular company events
  • Additional benefits and perks available to all employees

We're building a brand with big ambitions, but we're still at a stage where individuals can have a real influence on where we go next. You'll be joining a talented marketing team, working closely with our Senior Paid Media Lead, and helping shape the future of paid media within the business. As we continue to grow across international markets, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership, develop your expertise and make a genuine impact. If you enjoy solving problems, improving performance and being part of something that's growing quickly, we'd love to hear from you.
