We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help our Retail and Trade Team. We want to hear from anyone who’s approachable and organised, with previous experience in a technical customer service environment where you’ll have developed a flair for establishing rapport with customers.
Working within a vibrant and friendly team, you’ll be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, creating and maintaining customer records over the phone/email, processing orders and dealing with technical queries supported by our product engineers.
