At Corston, we believe great design is in the detail. From beautifully engineered switches and sockets to precision-crafted hardware and lighting, every product we make brings harmony and sophistication to the spaces people live in. We're looking for a talented video editor to help us tell that story in our paid advertising – and make sure it performs. You'll join our in-house creative team with a clear focus: editing video for paid media. From Meta and YouTube ads to performance content across other channels, you'll turn footage, colour, audio and storytelling into polished edits that feel uniquely Corston and that earn their place on someone's screen. This isn't editing in isolation. You'll work cross-functionally with our performance marketing team, using campaign data to understand what's working, refine creative, and test new ideas. As we grow into new markets, you'll help us build ad creative that scales, adapting formats, lengths and messaging for different audiences and territories without losing what makes it ours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit high-quality video ads for paid social, YouTube and other performance channels.
  • Work closely with our performance marketing team to review results, iterate on creative and improve campaign performance.
  • Produce and adapt creative variations for testing – different hooks, lengths, formats and aspect ratios.
  • Help scale winning creative across global markets and territories, adapting edits for local audiences.
  • Colour grade footage to match Corston's refined visual style (DaVinci Resolve preferred).
  • Collaborate with our in-house photographers, videographers and designers.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all paid content, however fast we're moving.
  • Organise and manage media assets, timelines and deliverables efficiently.
  • Occasionally assist with camera operation on studio or location shoots.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience in video editing, ideally with paid media or direct-response work in a brand or agency setting.
  • An understanding of what makes ad creative perform – hooks, pacing, structure and platform best practice.
  • Comfortable working with performance data and using it to shape creative decisions.
  • Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, with strong colour grading skills.
  • A creative eye for composition, pacing and visual storytelling.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Some hands-on experience with videography and camera equipment, particularly the Sony ecosystem.
  • A passion for design, interiors and visual culture is a bonus.
