Corston Architectural Detail is looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our team on an exciting and long-term project in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. The initial phase of work will involve clearing and preparing a large site that was previously a plant nursery, alongside upgrading an existing office building to make it fully usable for the site team. This includes general decorating, assisting with heating upgrades, and overall site preparation.
Following this, there is an excellent opportunity for long-term employment assisting with a major new build development, including:
- Construction of a large warehouse
- A training block with 10 en-suite bedrooms
- A large car park
- Additional office spaces
Key Responsibilities
- Clearing and preparing land, including removal of glass and general site debris
- General labouring duties across the site
- Assisting with refurbishment works to an existing office (decorating, preparation, basic fitting tasks)
- Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised
- Supporting trades and site management as required
Requirements
- Ability to commit to 5 days per week on site
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Previous site or labouring experience preferred but not essential
