About the role

We’re hiring a highly capable, hands-on operator to take ownership of the global delivery of our showrooms and trade shows. This is a critical role focused on making things happen — ensuring every build is fully designed, coordinated, and ready before site teams arrive. You’ll bring structure, pace, and accountability, eliminating delays and ensuring flawless execution across multiple international projects. If you’re someone who spots problems before they happen and takes pride in delivering to a high standard, this role will suit you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of global showroom builds and exhibitions
  • Creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and critical paths
  • Producing and overseeing AutoCAD drawings (layouts, detailing, install packs)
  • Managing international logistics, shipping, and customs clearance
  • Ensuring all materials (products, POS, branding, merchandising) arrive on time and install-ready
  • Acting as the key link between design, logistics, and build teams
  • Leading a small team across design, coordination, and logistics
  • Building repeatable processes, templates, and playbooks to support global rollout
  • Overseeing a specialist responsible for global lease negotiations, ensuring alignment with delivery plans
  • Travelling internationally at key stages of builds

What we’re looking for

  • 5–10 years’ experience in showrooms, exhibitions, retail fit-out, or similar
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills (hands-on and confident)
  • Proven experience delivering multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong understanding of logistics and international shipping
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • A natural problem-solver who takes full ownership of delivery
  • Comfortable leading others, while staying hands-on

Why join us?

  • A high-impact role with real ownership and visibility
  • Opportunity to shape how we deliver projects globally
  • Fast-paced, growing business with ambitious plans
  • International exposure and varied, interesting projects

If you’re a practical, delivery-focused operator who thrives on getting things done properly, we’d love to hear from you.
