We’re looking for a hands-on Showroom Design & Delivery Manager to support the design, coordination, and delivery of our showrooms and exhibition spaces. This role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design (residential and/or commercial) who enjoys bringing spaces to life from concept through to installation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure each showroom or event is well-designed, well-planned, and delivered smoothly. This is a varied, practical role combining design work, project coordination, and supplier management, with the opportunity to shape how our spaces look and feel as we continue to grow.
Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be Responsible For
- Design & Space Planning
- Create showroom and exhibition layouts using AutoCAD (or similar)
- Contribute to the design of showroom environments, including finishes, fixtures, and merchandising
- Support the development and consistency of brand look and feel across locations
- Prepare clear design and installation packs for build teams and suppliers
- Project Coordination & Delivery
- Support the planning and coordination of showroom builds and trade shows
- Build and maintain simple project timelines and track key milestones
- Ensure all elements are prepared ahead of installation (designs, materials, supplier instructions)
- Act as a key point of contact to help coordinate activity across teams
- Suppliers, Materials & Logistics
- Coordinate suppliers for materials, furniture, POS, and display items
- Ensure all items are ordered, delivered, and ready for installation on time
- Support logistics planning for exhibitions and showroom installations (including occasional international shipments)
- Help resolve day-to-day delivery challenges proactively
- On-Site Support
- Attend key installations (primarily UK, occasional Europe) to support delivery
- Ensure design intent is implemented correctly on-site
- Assist with troubleshooting and last-minute adjustments where required
- Standards & Continuous Improvement
- Support the development of showroom standards, layouts, and processes
- Maintain organised documentation, templates, and design files
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination and delivery efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 3–6 years’ experience in interior design (residential, commercial, retail, or exhibitions), or showroom, fit-out, or project coordination roles
- Experience seeing projects through from concept to installation
- Exposure to supplier coordination or site delivery is highly desirable
- Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar design software)
- Strong spatial planning and design sensibility
- Good project coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident working with suppliers and external partners

You’ll help bridge the gap between design intent and real-world delivery, making sure every space reflects our brand and is ready to go live without unnecessary delays or issues.
