As our business continues to grow internationally, we are looking for an experienced NetSuite specialist to support, optimise and further develop our finance systems environment. This role sits within the Finance team and will play a key part in ensuring NetSuite continues to support the financial reporting, control and operational requirements of a growing international business. Key Responsibilities We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite specialist with a strong understanding of finance processes and financial controls. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance and wider business stakeholders to improve processes, enhance reporting, optimise system performance and ensure NetSuite continues to support the evolving needs of the business. This is a highly practical role where we are looking for somebody who has significant real-world NetSuite experience and can bring immediate value to the organisation. We are open to speaking with both experienced contractors and candidates looking for a longer-term opportunity within Corston. Lead the development and optimisation of Finance processes within NetSuite Ensure NetSuite supports accurate financial reporting, controls and operational efficiency Support and optimise Finance processes across the NetSuite environment Review and improve existing Finance workflows and controls Create and maintain saved searches, reports and dashboards Support month-end and year-end Finance processes Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related Finance issues Work with Finance stakeholders to improve reporting, controls and operational processes Support Finance-led NetSuite enhancements and change initiatives Assist with integrations between NetSuite and other business systems Support and optimise Cash Sale processes Support and develop SuiteTax functionality Support WMS integrations and related operational workflows Create user documentation and provide training where required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong hands-on NetSuite experience A minimum of 10 years' experience working with NetSuite environments Experience supporting Finance teams through ERP systems A strong understanding of accounting and Finance processes Experience with Cash Sale functionality Experience with SuiteTax Experience creating reports, dashboards and saved searches Strong analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to communicate effectively with both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders A proactive and practical approach to continuous improvement Desirable Experience NetSuite Administrator experience NetSuite Consultant experience Finance Systems Analyst experience ERP implementation or optimisation projects WMS integrations and warehouse management processes Manufacturing, retail, distribution or multi-entity environments Experience working closely with Finance teams Experience supporting month-end and year-end activities within NetSuite Experience within high-growth or international businesses Benefits Competitive day rate Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing international business Exposure to large-scale NetSuite development and optimisation projects Direct exposure to senior Finance stakeholders Collaborative and supportive working environment Additional Information Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work and reside in the United Kingdom.
