We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Email & CRM to take ownership of our email channel and help shape how we engage customers across the full lifecycle. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with around 4-5 years’ experience who enjoys both execution and optimisation. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering campaigns, building automated journeys, and using data to continually improve performance. Working in HubSpot, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, design and sales teams to ensure email activity supports both brand engagement and commercial growth. We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, detail-focused and confident managing email as a key revenue-driving channel, while contributing to broader marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Email Campaign Delivery & Optimisation
- Plan, build and execute email campaigns end-to-end, from briefing through to launch and performance analysis.
- Translate wider marketing activity (campaigns, launches, content) into effective, customer-focused email communications.
- Ensure all email activity supports both engagement and revenue objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure email amplifies activity across paid, organic and web channels.
- CRM Segmentation & Lifecycle Marketing
- Manage audience segmentation to deliver targeted, personalised campaigns.
- Build and optimise automated workflows and lifecycle journeys (e.g. onboarding, re-engagement, post-purchase).
- Continuously review journeys to improve relevance, reduce fatigue and increase conversion.
- Performance & Insight
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including engagement, conversion and revenue.
- Use A/B testing and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to optimise the customer journey and increase customer lifetime value.
- 4–5 years’ experience in email or CRM marketing.
- Hands-on experience planning and delivering email campaigns.
- Strong experience with segmentation, automation and lifecycle journeys.
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms).
- Confident analysing data and translating insights into action.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce or lead-generation environments.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle strategy.
