We're looking for a brilliant, hands-on Senior Paid Media Manager to join us at our HQ in Malmesbury. You'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns across a range of channels, initially managing activity in Canada and the United Arab Emirates, with all other markets to follow as the team grows. This role will be our first in-house paid role, with plans to build out our in-house team. This role will grow into the lead for that team, so we need a natural people manager who can adapt quickly as their team grows.
While performance is key, you'll also have a strong understanding of what great creative looks like, and how messaging, formats, and audiences work together to drive results. You will have worked with creative teams and be obsessed with testing creative to get the best results.
This role is UK-office based, working closely with our in-house marketing, creative and brand teams, as well as our growing teams based in the US and Europe.

- Continuously test and refine targeting, creative, bidding strategies and landing pages.
- Ensure best practice implementation across platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and others as required).
- Work closely with creative and brand teams to shape briefs that are insight-led and performance-focused.
- Understand how creative, copy, format, and audience targeting impact results across channels.
- Budget Ownership & Performance
- Own paid media budgets and pacing, ensuring efficient spend and strong return on investment.
- Monitor performance daily and provide clear insight into what is driving results.
- Identify opportunities to scale, improve efficiency, or reallocate spend based on performance data.
- Reporting & Insights
- Deliver regular performance reporting with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with analytics teams to ensure robust tracking, attribution and measurement.
- Use data to inform wider marketing and commercial decisions.

- Strong hands-on experience across Paid Search and Paid Social, including Pinterest, Meta, and Google.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance against commercial KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using performance data to make decisions.
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions.
- Experience in eCommerce, DTC, and B2B environments.

- Experience working in multiple languages.
- A genuine enthusiasm for paid media and performance marketing.
- Commercially sharp — you care deeply about what drives revenue and profitable growth.
