We're looking for a highly capable, hands-on operator to take ownership of the global delivery of our showrooms and trade show presence. This is a critical role at the heart of our growth. You will ensure that every build - whether a permanent showroom or a major exhibition - is fully designed, coordinated, and ready to execute before the first tool is lifted. You’ll bring structure, pace, and accountability to the process, eliminating delays, improving communication between teams, and ensuring that build teams can focus purely on delivery without disruption. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, and who takes pride in getting things done to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery
    • Own the planning and execution of all global showroom builds, trade shows, and exhibitions.
    • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and critical paths.
    • Ensure all projects are fully prepared, materials-ready, and install-ready ahead of build start.
  • Design & Technical Delivery (Hands-On)
    • Produce and oversee AutoCAD drawings including layouts and technical detailing.
    • Create and refine installation and design packs.
    • Own and evolve POS, merchandising, and showroom standards.
    • Drive consistency across all global locations.
  • Logistics & Materials Coordination
    • Take ownership of international shipping and logistics for non-standard items.
    • Ensure all showroom and exhibition materials (products, POS, branding, merchandising) are ordered proactively, delivered on time, and sequenced correctly for installation.
    • Manage customs processes to ensure timely clearance of goods.
    • Work cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks and improve coordination.
  • Operational Excellence & Site Readiness
    • Act as the central point of coordination ahead of each build.
    • Ensure clear, structured handovers to build teams.
    • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
    • Travel internationally (approx. once per month) to key stages of builds.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a small, high-impact team covering design, coordination, and logistics.
    • Ensure high standards of output, clear priorities, and effective execution.
    • Develop team capability, particularly in CAD and delivery processes.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
    • Build scalable, repeatable processes for global rollout.
    • Create playbooks, templates, and checklists.
    • Drive improvements in efficiency, communication, and delivery quality.
  • Lease & Property Coordination
    • Manage and oversee a specialist (part-time/fractional) responsible for global lease negotiations.
    • Ensure alignment between property decisions and delivery timelines.
    • Maintain visibility of lease terms, risks, and timelines across locations.
    • Act as the internal link between property negotiations and execution planning.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5-10 years in retail rollouts, exhibitions, showrooms, or fit-outs.
  • Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously, ideally across different regions.
  • Exposure to international logistics and shipping.

Skills

  • Advanced AutoCAD (essential and hands-on).
  • Strong project and delivery management capability.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Confidence managing logistics, suppliers, and timelines.

Personal Attributes

  • A proactive, 'get it done' mindset.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working at pace and solving problems in real time.
  • Highly detail-oriented and structured.
  • Equally comfortable being hands-on and leading others.
