The key to our success lies in our high-quality products, outstanding customer service and operations team, who ensure that Corston customers receive a positive, engaging experience every step of the way.
The role involves being based in our showroom and playing a key role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You will be passionate about customer service and committed to providing exceptional support via telephone, email and face to face. Working as part of a vibrant and friendly team, you will communicate with both trade and retail customers. Your role will involve handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting technical queries, and preparing quotations. Every day will be different, but you will consistently deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and face to face
- Manage a high volume of daily customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Engage with customers in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner
- Actively listen and understand customer needs and concerns
- Strive to achieve first-contact resolution
- Support inbound trade enquiries
- Prepare and manage customer quotes
- Maintain up to date and accurate records of our customers within our CRM system
During busy times within the showroom, you will be expected to meet and greet customers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
