Graduate Supply Chain Planner
We are looking for an analytical and driven individual who can communicate effectively and can integrate quickly into the team —ideal for a STEM graduate or someone with strong numerical and problem‑solving skills.
As part of the supply chain team, you will gain experience in all aspects of international supply and demand – from working alongside our Product Development team, to planning the demand and purchasing, to logistics of moving our goods to three warehouses. You will be responsible you will work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and our supplier partners to optimise stock levels and prevent out‑of‑stock situations by utilising our ERP, demand planning software and your own skills/ideas.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will receive full support and training, making this a unique opportunity to begin your career.
This is an on‑site position at our Malmesbury location. Due to limited public transport links, access to your own transport is essential.

Key Responsibilities



Forecasting & Demand Planning

  • Validate sales forecasts to ensure alignment with current performance and market trends.
  • Manage PO creation within both Slimstock (demand planning tool) and NetSuite (ERP) for all three operational locations.
  • Create and maintain new item forecasts, collaborating closely with Product Development and Marketing teams.
  • Produce clear, accurate forecast reports for suppliers.

Supply Management & Purchasing

  • React quickly to unexpected increases in sales to prevent out‑of‑stock scenarios.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accurate dates, quantities, and purchase prices are entered into ERP.
  • Maintain strong supplier communication, ensuring clarity on lead times and commitments.

Order Book & Production Tracking

  • Keep the supplier order book accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor production progress and proactively report any delays or risks to availability.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



Essential:

  • Degree in a STEM/Business subject or equivalent analytical experience.
  • Strong numeracy, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Confident using data to make decisions and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong supplier relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a general comfort with systems and data tools.
  • A proactive, can-do approach.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Demand Planning and/or ERP tools
  • Previous experience/work experience in supply chain, purchasing, demand planning, or inventory management.
