Role Purpose
The HR & Recruitment Administrator will provide hands‑on, operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations and HRIS administration. Working closely with the Group HR Manager, you will ensure consistent, compliant, and professional HR practices across the business, acting as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees. This role suits an HR professional preferably qualified to CIPD Level 3 who is keen to develop further within a generalist HR position.
