Bath ASU produces thousands of aseptically (sterile) compounded injectable pharmaceutical products each day for hospitals and patients who are fighting cancer, living with chronic disease, or in need of pain relief. Your role: This role is a pivotal position within the UK Information Technology function. The key orientation of the role is to partner with internal stakeholders to deliver on key growth and business objectives. This role will manage and support all Icon UK’s Clinical Systems and their related solutions. This includes applications used across medical oncology, haematology, radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging, and covers supporting systems such as billing systems, interfacing, and third-party connections.

The Senior Clinical Systems Manager will work closely with vendors, partners, and the wider ICON Group Clinical Systems team to support their solution delivery. They will have a close working relationship with the UK Infrastructure team who provide the supporting infrastructure, security, and network connectivity to support the applications. Initially focusing on the current Cancer Centre footprint, this role will lead on the implementation and rollout of clinical systems in line with Icon UK Cancer Centre growth strategy, across the UK.

  • Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
  • Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
