Your role
As a pivotal part of our team, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for our patients, scheduling deliveries and nurse visits with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous records and handle sensitive patient data with the utmost confidentiality.
- Navigate patient queries and healthcare professional inquiries, connecting them with the right department seamlessly.
- Play a crucial role in managing prescription logistics, ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and promptly.
