Your role involves managing support requests via our ITSM platform, using your knowledge and experience at a 2nd Line level to take issues through to resolution or, where necessary, escalating with strong handover and troubleshooting detail. As the primary escalation point for 1st Line Support, you will provide a solid backbone to the support function offering mentoring and advice internally as well as a dependable communications link between the IT Infrastructure department, other business departments, partner service providers, suppliers, and customers.

Benefits include:

  • Annual salary: up to £36,750 (inclusive of Outer London weighting)
  • Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
  • Annual company bonus scheme (subject to scheme eligibility)
  • Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.

Experience required: Two years’ experience in IT Support at 2nd line level within an enterprise environment.
