We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse to join our healthcare team in the Haywards Heath, Sussex area. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications. This role needs a compassionate individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to putting the patient first.

Your role:
- As more and more patients are treated outside a traditional hospital setting, the role of the home care Nurse is developing.
- We work in a variety of environments such as clinics to residential accommodation and patients' own homes.
- Our nurses help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to easily visit the hospital.
- You will need to be kind, compassionate and caring with a desire to provide excellent patient experience and safe and effective care.
Duties:
- Perform patient observations and ensure that any patient is fit to proceed with their treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
- Provide compassionate support to the patient and family.
- Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and independence.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring that patient safety is paramount.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration.
- Experience of administering S/C, IM or IV medications.
