Your role: The key responsibilities for this role are to provide operational, administrative, and governance support to the Nurse Management function, enabling Nurse Managers to focus their time on clinical leadership, field nurse management, recruitment, HR/ER matters, service development, and business growth. The postholder acts as the central coordination point for compliance, workforce tracking, scheduling adherence, training oversight, and incident/complaint administration, ensuring high standards of governance and timely follow-up across the nursing workforce. This is a non-clinical role with close working relationships across Nursing, HR, Quality, Operations, and Training.

Benefits:
- Annual leave of 33 days including bank holidays (increasing to 35 days after 3 years’ service)

- Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
