About the role:
Are you a systems expert ready to lead digital transformation across a dynamic organisation? Corserv Solutions is seeking Lead Business Systems Development Officers to drive the development, optimisation, and governance of our core business applications. Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM is essential — we’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in administering, configuring, and enhancing Oracle’s Human Capital Management platform to support strategic HR and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system change initiatives, from requirements gathering to release management.
- Act as the technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring system reliability, configuration, and performance.
- Manage third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive user acceptance testing, training, and support across the business.
- Champion continuous improvement and self-sufficiency in system usage.
- Deliver upgrades and updates, ensuring maximum business benefit.
- Maintain documentation, KPIs, and support materials to enhance system transparency and usability.
