We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Cleaner at the friendly Cornwall Housing building, Albion Court, Torpoint. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, between the hours of : – :.

We are looking for a reliable cleaner who takes pride in their work to provide an excellent service to the site. Responsibilities include cleaning communal areas, toilets, and laundry rooms. Your duties will include:

• Using appropriate powered cleaning equipment in accordance with site specifications
• Keeping paths, steps, and outside hard surfaces tidy, including emptying litter bins
• Removing graffiti as directed
• Carrying out additional duties as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor/Manager, in line with site specifications or as necessary

You will be required to undertake in-house training upon induction, with additional training provided as needed.

All work must be performed in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
