At Corsair, we are looking for a customer support/sales operations professional to serve as the first point of contact for our B2B customers, handling operational queries and ensuring high‑quality pre‑ and post‑sales service.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for B2B customers with operational queries or problems, ensuring quality pre‑ and post‑sales service; keep sales managers and customers informed of all issues.
- Process multiple orders with a key eye for detail using the EDI ordering system.
- Ensure orders, shipments and deliveries are executed according to delivery expectations, company guidelines, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM database.
- Provide weekly reports to management and the sales team.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with all departments.
- Possess customer‑centric skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
