What You’ll Do
- Manage invoicing of sales and rental orders using our ERP system.
- Reconcile monthly rental transactions with the sales team.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and maintain accurate customer records.
- Monitor inventory levels, generate reports, and place internal orders from HQ.
- Prepare import/export documentation and coordinate customs compliance.
- Process supplier invoices and support payment routines.
- Coordinate with our external accounting firm on payroll and monthly reporting.
- Ensure smooth flow of financial documentation and support internal controls.
- Proven experience in administrative and financial coordination.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
