Corrochio’s is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen.
This role offers a salary from £45,000 per year, plus performance bonuses, with an immediate start available.
You will help run a high-volume kitchen while maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the pass and maintaining clear communication with the Front of House team throughout service.
- Overseeing daily preparation, service, closing procedures, and cleaning responsibilities.
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations and consistent delivery during busy services.
- Upholding high standards of food quality, organisation, and attention to detail.

- Experience in a similar senior kitchen role.
- Fluent English and the right to work in the UK.
