Corrochio's Dalston is looking for a competent Bar Supervisor with cocktail bartending experience.

Our Dalston location consists of 3 bars total - Corrochio's Restaurant, Cantina, and Cinco.

You would be working alongside our Head Bartender and senior management team to ensure efficiency and standards across the whole site.

Hours: Full-time - approx 40 hours per week. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AVAILABILITY ESSENTIAL. Occasional late nights required (latest 3am).

  • Role-Specific Job Responsibilities
  • Working across the Floor & Bar in the Restaurant, Cantina, and Cinco.
  • Take on closing procedures across all three venues, but predominantly Cantina & Cinco.
  • Manage the bar during service, oversee staff breaks, ensure efficiency and high standards in workflow.
  • Be aware of the general needs of all bars, highlighting any needs to fellow management.
  • Training new bartenders. Focusing on specs, pouring, and round building.
  • Managing bar stock storage across the building.
  • Take responsibility for the prep required in Cocina & Cantina, and assist with prep for Cinco.
  • Communicate stock levels through the week to help management with ordering efficiency.
  • Guest relations - Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and ensure all customer inquiries or complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.

Manage bookings on the evening.

  • Reservation Management - Understanding Sevenrooms reservation system and handling basic reservation management, including pre-orders.
  • Champion a cohesive work environment across all three venues.
  • Lead by example, and hold yourself to the standard that you expect the rest of the team to hold themselves to.
  • Fundamental Job Responsibilities
  • Preparing quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks for customers.
  • Confidently taking food & drink orders, providing recommendations to customers.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, notifying management of bar needs.
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
  • Keeping the bar clean and ordered, upholding health and safety standards within all bars.
  • Complete and pass all relevant health and safety training and comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • To uphold high standards in line with the company (high standard of drinks, customer service, and cleanliness) both personally and by leading your fellow colleagues.
  • To be punctual and reliable at all times.
  • To treat all staff and customers with respect and dignity.
