We’re looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Commercial Coordinator to join our growing Maintenance Commercial Team.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the commercial success of our Maintenance Division.
Working alongside our Head of Commercial, Commercial Quantity Surveyors and Operational teams, you’ll help ensure maintenance works progress efficiently from quotation through to invoicing, supporting accurate costing, commercial reporting and revenue recovery.
No two days are the same.
You’ll be involved in everything from preparing quotations and supporting monthly applications through to reviewing Work in Progress (WIP), monitoring commercial performance and maintaining accurate financial records within our CAFM system.
This role would suit someone who enjoys analysing data, improving processes and working collaboratively across operational and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the commercial management of planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
- Preparing quotations for maintenance works.
- Assisting with monthly customer applications and commercial reporting.
- Reviewing completed works to ensure they are ready for invoicing.
- Monitoring Work in Progress (WIP) and supporting revenue recovery.
- Maintaining accurate commercial records within our CAFM system.
- Reviewing engineer time, labour allocation and commercial data.
- Producing reports to support contract performance and decision making.
- Liaising with Technical Services Managers, Contract Managers and customers to progress commercial activities.
- Supporting the Head of Commercial and Quantity Surveyors with day-to-day commercial administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working with financial information and analysing data.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people across different teams.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Passionate about accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.
Ideally you’ll have experience in
- Commercial administration or coordination.
- Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction or a similar technical environment.
- Producing quotations, purchase orders or invoicing.
- Working with commercial or financial reporting.
- CAFM systems such as Planon (desirable but not essential).
