Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Financial Controller role based in the London Area, United Kingdom and will report directly into the Financial and Managing Director. The Senior Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and management of financial activities and statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide high-level analytical insight to support business strategies. The role includes managing accounting operations, supplier and cost centre management, developing financial policies, monitoring budgets, and supporting the strategic financial planning of the organization. You will be expected to collaborate with the Senior Operations and Directors to ensure the success and growth of the operation.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in preparing Financial Statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Strong Financial Reporting skills, with experience in monitoring and presenting financial performance
- Proficiency in Accounting and Finance principles, with a comprehensive understanding of financial processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants and/or hotels is an advantage
