Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill was founded by William Bentley in 1916 and has become the home of Oysters and Seafood in London for the last 110 years. Owned and run by Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, and renowned TV personality Richard Corrigan since 2005. Bentley's has become the unofficial home of the London Oyster Championships and has won the English Oyster Open the last three years in a row.
The Corrigan Collection is a prestigious hospitality group known for its exceptional restaurants, bars and bespoke events. With a portfolio of distinguished venues across the United Kingdom and Ireland, including Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill, Corrigan's Mayfair, Daffodil Mulligan, Gibney's London and Virginia Park Lodge.
We are looking for both a Full time (48 hr) and a part time (10-15 hrs) Oyster shuckers. No prior Oyster experience is needed, although experience is welcome. We will fully train you on all aspects of Oysters, from the long standing history of Oyster's at Bentley's, to preparation and service. This is a great opportunity for a current bartender/barista/waiter or a current Oyster Shucker to become our next superstar.
Remuneration: Up to £16 - £22 per hour based on experience.
