Role Description
The Corrigan Collection – an award-winning hospitality group - are looking for an energetic and passionate Marketing Manager to join the team. Based in our Central London Head Office, this role is for someone looking to dive headfirst into a wide-ranging portfolio of brands. From fine dining, country houses and dive bars, you will need to confidently adapt to each tone of voice across traditional and digital marketing.
Working alongside the Head of Department and in-house Content Manager, you will be ready and raring to go on any opportunity, whether creating content, assisting on events, pulling together newsletters, assessing our customer journeys or anything in between.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of day-to-day brand management for selected restaurants, development and execution of marketing strategy across brands, ensuring initiatives are contributing to overall success of the Collection.
- Working closely with general manager and head chefs to activate always-on and neighbourhood level campaigns.
- Manage all brand assets including menus, signage, packaging and in-venue collateral.
- Ownership of restaurant CRM and email campaigns, automations, tracking and reporting.
- Ownership of restaurant CMS, providing regular updates and monitoring of website health, SEO campaigns and reporting.
- Reporting on ROI and KPIs for campaigns, across short term and long term goals for the marketing team.
- Overseeing social media strategy for restaurant alongside content manager, assisting with digital assets and scheduling, and assisting with community management.
- Copywriting and content management match the tone of voice and house style with a compelling editorial proposition.
- Review and update all external communication, websites, 3rd party online and collateral, and regular website updates.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers to foster beneficial relationships for the group.
- Assistance with other brands as required.
What we are looking for
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills including great communication skills.
- A proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a fast-paced organisation.
- Excellent working knowledge of a variety of CMS platforms and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, pay per click advertising, particularly Google AdWords.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube amongst other platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation.
- A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, web technology and advancing technology.
- Conversant with all aspects of MS Office.
- Self-motivated and pro-active in supplying insights or recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and within deadline.
- Experience within in-house hospitality marketing or at a hospitality-focused communications agency.
- A self-starter, who is passionate about the hospitality industry, motivated and focused with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
- Ability to quickly adapt to various tones of voice across the brands.
- Advanced copywriting skills, and an excellent command of the English language.
