About the Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Business Development Executive to join a fast-paced, sales-driven environment focused on winning new business. The role is heavily phone-based and requires someone who is confident making outbound calls, engaging prospects, and overcoming objections in order to generate and convert new business opportunities. A strong previous performer in this role came from a hospitality background with no prior industry experience, demonstrating that attitude, communication skills and resilience are more important than sector background.
