Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary

•Qualifying leads, finding correct contact person contact details

•Working call lists

•Trade show data

•Email campaigns

Arrange appointments with clients and sales team

Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format

•Creating client profiles contact information trade data modes of transport commodities

Quoting

•Spot rates, one off shipments, assisting with client tender documents

Updates all contact information for clients

•Maintaining system data

Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product

•Speak with existing customers on current shipments to see if they are happy with service

Acknowledges customers inquiries liaise with Sales and operations to resolve queries

Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
