Project Coordinator – Events/Sports Logistics – Heathrow Heathrow, Greater London | £35,000–£45,000 per annum We are recruiting an experienced Project Coordinator to join a specialist Projects and Events Logistics team based in Heathrow This is a predominantly air export position, coordinating international freight movements for exhibitions, conferences, live events, corporate activations, touring productions and other specialist projects Previous air export freight forwarding experience is essential ; however, full training can be provided across project freight, time-critical logistics, road and ocean freight Key Responsibilities Manage start-to-finish air export shipments for international projects, exhibitions and events Arrange flight bookings, collections, deliveries and specialist transport Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, air waybills and customs paperwork Complete export customs entries and ensure shipments comply with international regulations Develop detailed shipment schedules around fixed event, build-up and breakdown deadlines Liaise with airlines, hauliers, warehouses, customs agents, overseas partners, venues and production teams Track air freight shipments and proactively resolve delays, disruptions and last-minute...
