About the Role
We are seeking a Client Pricing Specialist with experience in Air Freight or Ocean Freight Operations, including routing and pricing. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, competitive, and commercially viable freight quotations across import, export, and cross-trade shipments. You will work closely with Commercial, Sales, and Operations teams to support pricing strategy, customer requirements, and supplier engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely freight quotations for import, export, and cross-trade shipments
- Source and negotiate competitive rates with shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, and logistics partners
- Analyse freight costs, margins, and market trends to ensure commercially viable pricing strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Respond to client and sales enquiries regarding transportation costs, transit times, and service options
- Support submissions, RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and pricing proposals for new business opportunities
- Monitor pricing accuracy
