This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing graduate or someone with early commercial marketing experience looking to develop their career within an international organisation. You'll play a key role in delivering engaging marketing campaigns, creating high-quality content, managing digital channels and helping to strengthen brand awareness across the UK and global network. Working closely with the Head of Sales Marketing, Sales teams and international colleagues, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns from concept through to delivery while supporting product launches, events and business growth. This role offers a clear progression pathway into a Marketing Manager position for the right individual, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing business. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Create high-quality, on-brand content for digital and offline marketing. Manage and regularly update the company's global website with news and marketing content. Support brand awareness initiatives and promote the company's services. Work closely with Sales and Product Management teams on product launches and marketing activities. Coordinate marketing for exhibitions, trade shows, seminars and industry events. Build relationships with internal teams, customers, partners and overseas offices to develop content and case studies. Collaborate with external marketing agencies to deliver campaigns on time. Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data and provide recommendations for future improvements. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity and industry developments. What We're Looking For Degree in Marketing, Business or a related subject. Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation. Experience creating successful marketing campaigns (commercial experience or placements considered). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong copywriting ability with an eye for engaging, on-brand content. Creative mindset with experience using a range of marketing and presentation platforms. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ambitious, driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer £25,000 - £30,000 salary.
