Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process ATA Carnets for temporary international shipments
- Produce and manage legalised export documentation, including Certificates of Origin and supporting customs paperwork
- Check commercial invoices, equipment lists, and shipment details for accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with clients, customs authorities, Chambers of Commerce, and internal teams
- Track documentation progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support with urgent and time-sensitive documentation requests
- Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations
About You
- Previous administrative experience is essential
