The Opportunity
We're recruiting for an ambitious Marketing Executive to join a fast-paced Sales & Marketing team within a global logistics business. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing graduate or someone with early commercial marketing experience looking to develop their career within an international organisation. You'll play a key role in delivering engaging marketing campaigns, creating high-quality content, managing digital channels and helping to strengthen brand awareness across the UK and global network. Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, Sales teams and international colleagues, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns from concept through to delivery while supporting product launches, events and business growth. This role offers a clear progression pathway into a Marketing Manager position for the right individual, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create high-quality, on-brand content for digital and offline marketing.
- Manage and regularly update the company's global website with news and marketing content.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and promote the company's services.
- Work closely with Sales and Product Management teams on product launches and marketing activities.
- Coordinate marketing for exhibitions, trade shows, seminars and industry events.
- Build relationships with internal teams, customers, partners and overseas offices to develop content and case studies.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to deliver campaigns on time.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related subject.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
- Experience creating successful marketing campaigns (commercial experience or placements considered).
