We currently require Gangers for various sites in Inverness, Elgin, and Forres. These are long-term opportunities for our client’s busy workload with local projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a crew of civils site operatives
  • Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work targets are met
  • Conducting briefings/toolbox talks
  • Assisting site trades as required
  • Overseeing work such as drainage, ducting and general civils site works
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • CSCS card & CPCS/NPORS FT Dumper and Roller
  • Proven previous experience in leading a small earthworks squad including safety and quality
  • Experienced and competent in earthworks, foundations, drainage, services and hard landscaping
  • Strong awareness of health & safety practices
  • Strong leadership and communication
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
