Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team in Inverness and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day to day activity and running of housing developments whilst ensuring company HSE health and safety standards are met.
- Plan, coordinate and work with internal and external teams and suppliers at all levels.
- Responsibility to deliver projects on programme and budget, ensuring quality standards achieved.
- Ensure a high standard of customer and home handover journey experience.
Requirements
- Be educated to SCQF level 8 or have relevant knowledge and experience.
- Qualified to Construction industry standard with SMSTS and CSCS certification.
- A construction professional who is organised and disciplined.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, working on own initiative and as part of wider team.
- A team player with experience of leading, managing and motivating construction teams.
- Have a working knowledge of Building regulations.
