We are currently recruiting for a Nightshift Supervisor for an ongoing project in Peterhead. This role will involve supervising security staff on site during shift hours and acting as the main point of contact for any site issues or emergencies that arise during the shift.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising security staff during shift hours
- Acting as the main point of contact for emergencies and site issues
- Ensuring site access and security procedures are followed
- Liaising with site management and day shift teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Keeping records of incidents, access, and site activity
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Previous supervisory or site experience preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable and able to take responsibility for site operations during shift hours
