Job Title: Foreman Location: Keith Duration: 6 months minimum, with the potential to extend to 12 months for the right candidate Rate: Negotiable – Freelance Accommodation: Provided Weekend Working: Required, potentially every second weekend Corrie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Foreman for our well-established client on a project in Keith. We are looking for an experienced all-rounder who is confident overseeing and managing both subcontractors and direct labour. Key Responsibilities * Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and direct resource * Overseeing earthworks and drainage * Supervising concrete foundation works * Coordinating structural steel and cladding works * Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard * Maintaining high standards of health and safety * Liaising with site management and subcontractors Requirements * Previous experience working as a Foreman in Construction or Civils project * Strong all-round construction experience * Experience with earthworks, drainage and concrete foundations * Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour * SSSTS or SMSTS * First Aid * TWS or TWC * Lift Supervisor or Appointed Person (AP) qualification To apply or find out more information please email your fully up-to-date CV We are an equal opportunities employer and actively promote inclusive, fair and transparent recruitment practices.
