Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5/5:30am.
Corrie Recruitment is looking for a Ganger for ongoing work at a temporary project in Inverness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and assisting a small squad
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work targets are met
- Conducting briefings/toolbox talks
- Overseeing work such as drainage, ducting and general civils site works
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
- CSCS card essential
- SSSTS/ SMSTS ticket advantageous
- Proven previous experience in leading a small squad including safety and quality
- Experienced and competent in earthworks, foundations, drainage, services and hard landscaping
- Strong awareness of health & safety practices
- Strong leadership and communication
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
