We’re looking for a Ganger for our client based in Invergordon. Long-term opportunity for our client’s busy workload with local projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading squad on housing site
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work targets are met
- Assisting site trades as required
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
- CSCS card essential
- Proven previous experience in leading a small squad including safety and quality
- Strong awareness of health & safety practices
- Strong leadership and communication
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
