Overview: Corrie Recruitment are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major earthworks project near Inverness, commencing in June. This is a key commercial role on a large-scale 2-year contract, with flexibility for both employed and freelance candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing commercial aspects of a major earthworks package
  • Cost control, valuations and reporting
  • Working closely with site management and project teams
  • Supporting procurement and subcontract management
  • Ensuring financial performance across the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior QS on large civils or earthworks projects
  • Experience with bulk earthworks, peat and rock operations advantageous
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
