Overview: Corrie Recruitment are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major earthworks project near Inverness, commencing in June. This is a key commercial role on a large-scale 2-year contract, with flexibility for both employed and freelance candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial aspects of a major earthworks package
- Cost control, valuations and reporting
- Working closely with site management and project teams
- Supporting procurement and subcontract management
- Ensuring financial performance across the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior QS on large civils or earthworks projects
- Experience with bulk earthworks, peat and rock operations advantageous
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
Package Includes:
- Long-term 2-year project
