Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Inverness Duration: Ongoing Type: Permanent Salary: 85k Corrie Recruitment are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor for our medium sized Inverness based Civil Engineering Contractor. Key Duties/ Responsibilities * Form part of the construction team for specific contracts. * Assist financial and contractual control over the contracts allocated. * Undertake the re-measurement of all trades specific to each contract. * Prepare interim applications for payment. * Value all relevant and valid variations to the contract for inclusion in applications for payment. * Prepare and process supplier/sub-contractor payments. * Assist the Site Manager placing material orders. * Produce correspondence of a contractual nature in consultation with the Commercial Manager. * Attend all progress/team meetings as considered necessary.
