Corrie Recruitment are now recruiting for Dumper/Roller Drivers for a temporary position for several large-scale long term civil engineering, renewables and roadworks projects across the North of Scotland. The sites are based in Orkney, Skye, Inverness, Peterhead, Dounreay, Argyll and the surrounding areas. The contracts primarily involve earthworks, drainage, roadworks, utility works, ducting and concrete work. A CSCS card and CPCS certification are essential for most of the projects and payment is on a PAYE basis with good basic and overtime rates available. NPORS certification may be accepted on some of the projects and CIS payments may be an option in certain circumstances. We would like to speak to candidates who are based locally to these areas but on some of the project's accommodation will be provided so we are happy to speak to candidates on a Scotland wide basis. Shift rotations with long hours will be available on most of the contracts. Not all the projects have an immediate requirement but most of the contracts will be ramping up steeply between January and Spring 2025 so we are keen to start speaking to interested candidates now.
