Overview; We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Foreman or Supervisor to oversee works on a new infrastructure project in Caithness. This role is available on both a long-term freelance basis or as a permanent position, offering flexibility to suit the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate on-site activities * Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations * Ensure works are completed safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards * Liaise with the site manager, engineers, and other stakeholders * Maintain site records and contribute to daily reporting * Promote a strong health & safety culture at all times Requirements: * Previous experience as a Civils Foreman or Supervisor on civil engineering projects * Strong background in infrastructure works such as earthworks, drainage, concrete, or utilities * SSSTS or SMSTS certification * First Aid at Work (preferred) * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to work in the Caithness area (accommodation available for non-local candidates) Package Includes: * Competitive rates (freelance – CIS or Ltd) * Salary + benefits (permanent option) * Immediate start available To apply please email your fully up-to-date CV Corrie Recruitment Ltd operates as an Employment Agency and as an Employment Business.
