Overview:
Corrie Recruitment is seeking a Gate Person for a major five-year energy infrastructure project near Peterhead. You will be responsible for managing site access, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating vehicle movements at a busy construction site entrance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and monitor all vehicle and personnel movements entering and exiting site
- Maintain accurate gate records
- Liaise with delivery drivers, plant operators, and site management
- Direct and coordinate vehicle movements safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with site security, traffic, and safety procedures
- Provide general support to the logistics and site teams as required
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous site gate or logistics experience highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills
Package & Conditions:
- Competitive hourly rate (PAYE)
- Full-time, long-term opportunity on a major project
- Monday–Friday schedule, with 9-hour days (moving to 12-hour shifts in 2026)
- Nightshift opportunities also available
