We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT & Facilities Support Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our client’s office IT systems and facilities. This is a hands-on role offering variety across IT support, building maintenance coordination and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line desktop IT support to staff
  • Day-to-day management of company IT systems and liaison with external IT providers
  • Manage IT licences, service agreements and compliance
  • Assist with procurement of IT equipment
  • Support new internal IT projects as directed
  • Create reports from business systems using Excel and analyse data
  • Day-to-day management of office buildings, workshops and yard facilities
  • Obtain quotations for building and maintenance works
  • Coordinate repairs, inspections and planned maintenance
  • Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related issues
  • Support the IT & Facilities Manager with additional duties as required
