The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is an excellent, newly-created opportunity for an experienced and strategically-focused IT Manager to play a key role in the shaping, supporting and developing of the IT roadmap for a highly successful, not-for-profit organisation. Whilst the position is offered on a predominantly remote basis, the IT Manager will need to be willing and able to travel to the Oxford office as and when required, but not normally more than once a week.
The Role
In a highly-visible role as part of the Senior Leadership Team, the IT Manager will ensure that the IT infrastructure remains secure, efficient and fit for purpose, whilst managing the delivery of the day-to-day IT support for approximately 70 staff (a mixture of onsite and remote) via a long-standing MSP relationship. In addition, the IT Manager will help the organisation to maintain its security stance and compliance with key standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.

What do I need?
- A breadth of experience to be able to lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s IT roadmap
- Experience of vendor management and managing third party suppliers
- A good awareness of IT Security/Cyber Security
- A broad understanding of Microsoft technical environments, including Microsoft365
- Solid experience and understanding of networking and general IT hardware
