We're looking for an Operations Director to join an innovative and rapidly growing advanced electronics manufacturing business based in the UK, as they continue to scale their operations.
The Role
Working in a highly visible and business-critical position, the Operations Director will take full ownership of global manufacturing operations and New Product Introduction (NPI), leading the industrialisation of complex electronic products from prototype through to volume production across multiple sites. Acting as the key link between engineering, suppliers, and customers, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, driving manufacturing performance, overseeing supplier strategy, and ensuring quality, scalability, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced, engineering-led environment.
